Karen Jacobsen is an expert in the area of background screening and credit reporting, having worked in the industry for over three decades. She is currently on her second act as President of DataScreening, an Employment Screening Company. DataScreening is a WBE, nationally certified. Formerly she was President and owner of Credit Resources, Inc., a credit reporting agency, for 21 years which she sold to a Fortune 500 company in 2004. Prior to starting Credit Resources, Inc. she was employed with Equifax Services for 10 years. She is a co-founder of the National Credit Reporting Association and served as President, Board member and ex-officio for 10 years. She served on the Board of the New Jersey Staffing Alliance for 2 years. Karen has been a speaker for Garden State SHRM Conference, Morris County SHRM, New Jersey Bankers Association, New Jersey Staffing Alliance, and National Credit Association and was a frequent speaker for various mortgage banking workshops and HR groups.
Kimberly Amicucci is Vice President of DataScreening and a principle in the company since 2007. Kimberly currently manages the operations and technology for the company. Prior to this she was employed with LandAmerica Credit Services as a member of their sales team and prior to that she was employed in the family business, Credit Resources, Inc. a credit reporting agency. Her experience in both background screening and credit reporting spans more than 15 years and she continues to consult in the area of credit reporting. She serves as an Executive Board member of the North Jersey Chamber of Commerce and is a scholarship recipient of the mini MBA program at Tuck University/Dartmouth. She holds a BA degree from Seton Hall University.
Fred Amicucci brings a proven track record of sales productivity over the past 18 years with a focus on client and consultant relations. His experience includes writing, researching and developing sales strategies for product implementations as well as marketing and consulting for enterprise-level clients. His varied experiences as a top level executive have shown to be a valuable asset for his current position of Director of Sales. Fred continuously shows clients strategic business advantages that help start and maintain prosperous business relationships. He is a graduate of Moravian College and holds a BS in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
